When I submit COMPS Internet forms to Daniel Systems, Inc. via
the Web do my reports immediately reflect all changes?
A: No. The data is sent to an
intermediary database. A Maintenance Analyst that is assigned to
your aircraft reviews your data for accuracy and then posts it
to your reports. The entire process is usually completed within
48 hours.

If I have a situation where I need my report data immediately
can I request it? A:
Yes. Call us and we will do everything we can to expedite the
process. We can handle most special requests.
Q:
Are the Web reports the same as the paper reports that I am
receiving now? A: Yes.
The data is identical. The only difference is the page format.
The Internet report pages are formatted differently to
accommodate the size of a computer monitor and screen
resolution. Otherwise, they are the same.
Q: Can I print the
reports that I receive over the Internet from my computer?
A: Yes. The reports function like
any other digital document. Just select print from your browser
toolbar menu and the data will be sent to your printer for
output.
Q: How can I find a
specific ATA chapter number in a large report?
A: The report window has a search
box located at the left top of the page. Type your ATA chapter
number into the search box and press the button marked
"search." The section of the report that starts with
that ATA chapter number will be generated.
